Digoshen has performed research on the digital progress of companies, leaders and boards since 2014.
Some research has been done by Digoshen directly, often included our own digital progress survey, which can be found via links below. That survey has also often been used in the collaborative research that Digoshen has done.

Collaborative research has included partners as Ecoda and Swedish Academy of Board Directors.

Other ongoing collaborative research is done with Academic institutions as KTH (Royal Insititute of Technology), Chalmers University of Technology, Stockholm School of Economics, University of Wolverhampton, MIT and INSEAD.

Digoshen’s research is outlined below

Digoshen conduct research on the digital impact on business and leadership capability of organizations and the implication for leaders individually. Our survey is aiming to understand the view on organization’s position and aligned leadership in the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world which is highly impacted by digital.

The research identifies  organization’s business capability and organizational leadership capability, and classifies them as Mobilizer, Experimenter, Visionary or Digital Business Leader. The research also identifies the individual leadership, how the leaders score at Sense at Scale, Involve to Innovate and Align Actions.
